Free Shipping

Every fountain qualifies for free shipping within the continental United States. Free shipping is sent by ground only via a freight carrier. If you need to expedite your order you can call our customer service at (315)466-3409


Delivery Information

Because of the weight and size of our fountains we use a freight carrier to deliver your order. You should carefully read the following procedures:

1. The freight service will typically call you 1-2 days prior to delivery to schedule a time for drop off. If for some reason you miss the scheduled time, a redelivery fee may be charged by the trucking company. The payment of this and any other similar fee is not the responsibility of Amity Marketing.

2. Make sure you are personally there to sign for the delivery and inspect for possible damages.

3. The driver is responsible to deliver your order to the curbside of your home. The driver is not responsible for taking your order to any other specific location on your property including your driveway. Moving your order to its desired location may require assistance. The driver may, but is not obligated, to assist in this process. All special services, including storage for missed deliveries, are the responsibility of the customer. Any change of address for shipments is not the responsibility of Amity Marketing and all fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Very heavy orders may require a forklift of special equipment. Please make sure to read the specifications of your order so you may prepare to receive shipment. You may need to hire the services of a local contractor.

5. If you suspect any damage upon delivery of your order, mark the bill of laden with SUBJECT TO INSPECTION. This will allow you correct any issues or replace any parts needed.

Damaged Shipments

Freight damage rarely occurs.

If your order arrives with any visible damage, be sure to open and inspect the shipment WHILE THE DRIVER IS STILL THERE, then:

Notate the damage on the delivery receipt and refuse the shipment.

If you are unable to open and inspect the shipment with the driver present, please write POSSIBLE CONCEALED DAMAGE or PENDING INSPECTION on the delivery ticket and give it to the driver. (Do not refuse the shipment)

You are responsible to report any damages to Amity Marketing within 48 hours. If a claim is not reported within 48 hours the customer will be responsible to file a claim with the freight carrier.

Insurance on your order is null and void once the delivery has been signed for by the receiver. Amity Marketing will not be held responsible for damage to your order once the delivery receipt (bill of lading) has been signed by the receiver. Signing for the shipment constitutes agreement that the shipment was delivered in good condition unless otherwise noted on the delivery receipt, (bill of lading.)

Return Policy

If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product(s) you purchased we can return or exchange your order within 30 days of receipt for a 15% restocking fee less any shipping charges that were incurred. In order for a return or exchange all products must be in new and unused condition and packaged in the original manufacturers box. All of the parts, accessories, documents, instructional DVD, etc must be returned for full credit.

The original shipping is non-refundable even if you received free shipping. With returns and exchanges you will be charged the shipping fees.

How to Return a Product

Custom, built-to-order, and personalized orders cannot be returned.

If you wish to return an order please follow guidelines below:

1. Contact us at (315)466-3409 and let us know the reason for your return. We will supply you with a return address. We do not accept returns without approval first

2. You must then repackage your items in the original manufacturer packaging, making sure to include all parts and documents. You will be charged a replacement fee for missing items or no credit will be given if manufacturer cannot supply replacement parts.

3. Return the product via UPS or another insured shipping provider. We highly recommended that you insure the shipment. Amity Marketing is not responsible for loss or damage to shipments that are being returned. Please insure the package for your purchase price. If we receive a return that has been damaged during shipment from you to us; we will notify you immediately so you can file a claim with the shipping company.

4. Please do not write on the manufacturer box. Use a shipping label the box remains reusable. We may charge a fee for replacement of boxes that are written upon or unusable as a result of customer handling.

5. Once we inspect your return, we will credit the purchase price back to the original credit card used for the purchase, minus the original shipping cost, the restocking fees and box or replacement part fees that may apply. Credits may take up to 2-4 weeks to appear on your statement.

We reserve the right to reject refunds if signs of use such as missing paperwork, parts, missing packaging materials, smudges or other marks indicating use, etc. are present.
